Standard card sleeves – card protection for Pokémon, MTG, and other TCGs
Standard card sleeves are the essential protection for anyone who plays or collects TCGs. They are designed for standard-sized cards, such as Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, and Riftbound. In our range, you will find penny sleeves, Perfect Fit, matte, and clear sleeves for both gaming and collecting.
Here you will find sleeves from Dragon Shield, Ultra PRO, BCW, and other established brands. Matte sleeves are a popular choice for gaming due to their good grip and reduced glare, while clear sleeves are ideal when you want full visibility of the card. Perfect Fit can be used as an inner sleeve for an extra layer of protection.
Complement with a deck box to keep your deck organized or with toploaders for valuable cards in your collection. If you play Yu-Gi-Oh! or other card games with smaller card formats, you will find the right fit among our Small Card Sleeves.
Browse through our range and find the right card sleeves for your game, your collection, and the level of protection you need.
How to choose the right card protection
Read our guide to sleeves and card protection for different use cases. Before submitting cards for grading, you need to follow the packing advice in our grading guide; regular gaming sleeves and toploaders do not replace the packaging specified by PSA.
Choose sleeves for Pokémon cards and other trading cards
Penny sleeves, gaming sleeves or Perfect Fit?
Penny sleeves are soft, transparent card sleeves for handling and storage. Gaming sleeves are designed for card decks that are shuffled and used during gameplay. Perfect Fit is a tighter-fitting inner format that can be combined with a compatible outer sleeve. Check the product dimensions – these types are not interchangeable.
Card dimensions and sleeve dimensions are different specifications
Standard format is used for Pokémon cards and Magic: The Gathering, among others. The measurement of the sleeve itself is larger than the card and varies between models. For Yu-Gi-Oh!, there are smaller format sleeves. Sleeves for booster packs, toploaders, and graded cases are for the outer packaging, not for a loose card.
Double sleeving and storage
When double sleeving, the card is placed in a compatible inner sleeve and then in an outer gaming sleeve. A regular penny sleeve should not automatically be used as an inner sleeve. Two protective layers take up more space: check the capacity of your deck boxor card binder.
For toploaders and grading
Use a soft sleeve that fits the card and the holder before placing the card in a toploader. For grading, you must follow the current packing requirements of the grading company. Double sleeving for gaming is not the same as packing for submission.

Frequently asked questions about sleeves
Which sleeves fit Pokémon cards?
Choose a model for standard-sized trading cards. Compare the card's dimensions with the product's specified compatibility and choose penny sleeves for storage or gaming sleeves for an active deck.
Is Perfect Fit the same thing as penny sleeves?
No. Perfect Fit is a tighter-fitting inner format. Penny sleeves are softer storage sleeves with a different fit. Check the compatibility if you want to combine two sleeves.
Do sleeves for PSA cards fit regular cards?
PSA and slab sleeves are designed for the graded case. For a loose card, you need a sleeve for the card's specific format.
